Esther is a director of WBC Secretaries Limited, the corporate services division of the Firm.  She qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1982 and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.  She has over 20 years experience in the company secretarial field and has acted as company secretary of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong.

Johnny, qualified in 1993, is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, and an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.  He also obtained a MSc in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting practice including audit of listed companies as well as due diligence, investigation and tax advisory work.

Clifford obtained a BSc from the University of Western Ontario in 1987 and a Diploma in Accountancy from the Wilfred Laurier University in Canada in 1989.  Qualified in 1996, he is an associate of CPA Australia and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He pursued further studies in law and was awarded LL.B honors by the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom in 2003.  He has over 18 years experience in public accounting practice including audit of listed companies, due diligence and tax advisory work.  

Albert graduated from Charles Sturt University iin Australia with a B.Bus (Accountancy/Computing) in 1991.  He is a member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He has over 15 years of experience in professional accounting including due diligence and other special assignments in Hong Kong and China.  He is also responsible for the Firm's technical development and staff training.

Rosa graduated from the University of London with a BSc in Mathematics/Statistics in 1990 and obtained a MSc in Internal Auditing and Management from the City University of London in 1992.  She furthered her studies and obtained certificates in Advanced Taxation and China Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Law from universities in Hong Kong.  She is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  She has over 14 years of experience in professional accounting.
